Returning Goods Policy

Returned goods are done so solely at the sole discretion of TenCell Limited. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on any return accepted.

  • Any return sent without pre-authorisation and without a correct RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
  • If the goods returned are not in their original packaging or in a resalable condition TenCell reserves the right at their own discretion to take any or all of the following actions,
    • i. Refuse credit
    • ii. Apply (up to) a 25% re-packaging charge
    • iii. Return the goods to the buyer

Goods that are chemical in nature (including but not limited to industrial batteries, portable device batteries), NC/NR (please see FAQ section on website) or speciality goods are not returnable under any circumstances.  If there are manufacturer recognised quality concerns then we will either refund or replace (at our discretion).

  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of each package returned.

Defective Goods Still In Warranty

Goods that are found to be defective within our 60 day warranty period must be returned in their original packaging along with a detailed breakdown of the nature of the defect from the end user.

Goods Shipped in Error

In the event that TenCell ships an item to you in error we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods/invoice date, whichever is the sooner. The goods MUST be returned in their original packaging and no restocking fees will be applied and the credit will be applied immediately upon receipt of the goods by TenCell.

Returns are only deemed as returned/accepted when returned to the address specified when you are provided with a RMA number.

All returns are subject to the full terms and conditions of sale provided by TenCell Limited and are fully at their discretion.
